Public Health
Public health is more than just healthcare—it’s about addressing the social determinants of health that disproportionately affect Black communities. In West Louisville, structural barriers lead to higher rates of chronic illness, mental health challenges, and limited access to quality care.
CTCT takes a holistic approach, offering resources, advocacy, and direct services to tackle these issues at the root. We aim to improve the overall well-being of our community, ensuring healthier, longer lives for all.
